Installations: Professionals authorised by the Community of Madrid for the maintenance of all installations of your parish church: electricity, fire protection, thermal installations, lift installations.

Roofs: : Annual cleaning of gutters and drains and periodic reviews of the state of the room and wooden structures, if applicable. Renovation of all kinds of roofs.

Maintenance and Renovation of Interiors: Maintenance and cleaning of doors, railings, metallic elements, lubrication of springs, fittings and mechanisms. Painting of walls and ceilings. Inspection of flooring and reviews of floors of staircases and platforms, and tiled and paved floors.

Facades: Renovation of all kinds of facades. Cleaning of the surfaces of exterior cornices. Maintenance of windows, railings, fences and shutters. Cleaning of ventilation duct grilles, and waste ducts and chambers.

Technical Building Inspection: Rectification of defects set out in the Technical Building Inspection. Processing of work permits and licences.

Interior Cleaning of the Temple: Weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning of furnishings, toilets, floors, offices, parish halls, entrances, etc.

Specialised cleaning of liturgical objects: Annual or six-monthly cleaning of liturgical objects such as tabernacles, chalices, ciboriums, cruets, candelabras, and basins. Specialised cleaning of liturgical textiles such as umbracula, corporals and purifiers.

Specialised cleaning of liturgical clothing:  Periodic cleaning and ironing of albs, maintenance and renovation of amices, chasubles, stoles and modern or old fashioned copes.
